I was a patient of Arletta's for approximately 21/2 years prior to her opening HealthQuest Wellbeing Centre in 2007. She was always genuinely caring and supportive of me throughout that time.

I was out of action for 6 weeks after badly breaking my wrist at the end ofJune 2007, and once the plaster was removed I resumed seeing Arletta again at HealthQuest on a more regular basis for treatment.

With Arletta being the genuine,caring and supportive practitioner that she is, and her holistic approach in her work,she has brought my wrist back to almost normal again(considering the fact the doctors at the hospital were talking about me losing the use of my wrist),and in the mean time has pinpointed two other health issues that were causing me great problems which she is treating and bringing under control.

If I hadn't been lucky enough to have had Arletta recommended to me in the very first instance, I hate to think where I would be today with my health and wellbeing.

Arletta and Tony have been "life-savers" for us over the past 15 months.   We were both very ill, with heart problems, chronic fatigue syndrome, colitis (Frank), irritable bowel syndrome (Lu), TIA'S (Frank), etc when we first met them.   Arletta completely changed our diet and, together with Tony, planned an array of supplements to help with each specific problem.   Arletta continued to give us weekly osteopathy treatment, whilst Tony (a medical scientist) gave weekly explanations of health problems and solutions.   Above everything, though, has been the genuine compassionate care they have given us.   Throughout this period Tony has regularly rung us to help us through our bad times, even 6 times a week when we were at our worst.   Because of this we have felt we have had a lifeline in our darkest times.   Thank you, Tony and Arletta, for giving us new hope that we may once again be able to live an active and enjoyable life.

Thanks to Arletta and Tony,I am living the joy of experiencing better health.

Two months after my kidney operation to remove a tumour, I was involved in a small car accident that caused middle ear imbalance,followed by vertigo. After eight weeks of doctors prescribing only tablets and no improvement I insisted that there must be something better out there to help me. I was finally referred to an Osteopath called Arletta.Little did I know what Arletta could do. I placed myself in her hands and by the fouth cranial massage the vertigo had cleared. I consider myself a fortunate person to have Arletta and Tony in control of my health through Osteopathy,Nutrition,Medical Science - an Holistic approach. Most of all care and support. I receive from Arletta and Tony what the medical profession does not supply.  

I now have an immune system, I know what my allergies are and best of all I no longer have chronic kidney disease( the doctors approach was to wait till dialysis time). At present we are working on my overactive thyroid.

Tony and Arletta have opened my eyes to what is around me. By removing the chlorine from the water at home,I no longerhave the annoying cough and dry skin that the doctors told me to accept that it is due to old age.( I am only 51). After a lifetime of using fluoride in my water and toothpaste I should have healthy teeth,instead I am now aware of what fluoride does to our health. 

I have lived fifty years according to conventional medicine and now I will live the next fifty years the way we were meant to live.

I always say that it was Arletta who gave me my life back.

When I first met Arletta I had been ill for some years,having been diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome.Although I had received help from other practitioners and improved quite a lot I still was not well. I had headaches,brain fog,nausea,felt toxic,had bowel problems,fatigue,no energy or stamina,vertigo,bloated stomach,sore eyes and an aching face most of the time.

Arletta could tell just by looking at my face that something was wrong with my diet. We did some tests and sure enough there were several foods that I had a high sensitivity to. With Arletta's guidance and support we changed my diet and introduced supplements and gradually as my body healed my health improved.
